Name: E. Parny’s "Madagascar songs" in translation by E. Chagaeva

Abstract: The article deals with the E. Chagaeva's translation of «Madagascar songs» written by Evarista Parny. A feature of modern translation, which is a fare-well to the paper books and appearance of the texts in Internet, is indicated. Web-sites open new worlds in linguistic, culturale and spatial senses, they also convert the imaginary space into a real one. The Parny's twelve «Madagascar songs», which were translated by E. Chagaeva, and then shown on the website «Speaking In Tongues» ,reproduce a French original . The authors of this article shed light on two points of a slight deviation of the Russian translation from the French original. Both contexts are found in the tenth song from «Madagascar songs», which is the most difficult in its composition and the plot design. It can be explained that the tenth song distinguishes itself from the general narrative of Parny's "Songs" as the most lyrical one and the text with the less «mystification».
