ArticleName: Transferences of Information in Space and Time: Cultural Transfers Authors: S. G. Proskurin, S. V. Sannikov Novosibirsk State University; Novosibirsk State Technical University
Abstract: The current article is devoted to the question of memetics, a newly established discipline in the field of the theory information and linguistics. Transferences of information in space and time are connected with cultural shifts in senses, which stand behind the word-stock. The meme is an information slot with character, which is based on small causes, which allow to transfer the information. Thus one of the conditions of cultural transfer is alliterative rhime. The meme is a such chain of units of information, which is able to replicate, that is to transfer. This ability is given due to decipher of the meme as an integral whole, which is restored after the leading sense. All the mutations can be reduced to for types A, Б, В, Г. Adaptive transformations of memes can be observed not only in lexical constructions, but in the combination of sign systems, established on the basis of various signs (symbolical, indexical, iconic). Such kind of approach enables researcher to consider the abovementioned types of cultural mutations in the context of semiotic cultural studies, interpreting text as a phenomena that stands beyond the natural language.
